- I am the creator of Writing Circles for Healing, writing workshops that use a simple technique to access our intuition and inner guidance in order to heal from trauma, loss and grief, physical and emotional illness, transitions and uncertainty. My novel "Catch a Dream" is a love story that takes place in Israel during the Palestinian uprising. I am an award winning author of poetry, essays and creative non-fiction. My work appears in literary journals and anthologies both in print and online, and I have two books of poetry: "Ceremonies of the Spirit" and "transparencies of light". I teach creative writing and memoir in community spaces such as libraries, schools, healing centers, cafes, churches, prisons, arts organizations, women's retreats, and yoga studios. I hope to write with you!
